Difference between SalesPanda and LeadSquared

Many times in our customer reach-out process, we come across clients who often confuse SalesPanda with a CRM product like LeadSquared. Hence, to make it more detailed and for better understanding, we thought why not explain a bit about what sets us apart from LeadSquared and other similar products in the category? And why we are not a CRM product but much more! Let’s explore more on SalesPanda and LeadSquared.

Introduction
Before planning to invest in any new tool or technology, it is essential to consider in what ways the implementation can help businesses grow. Similarly, customer experience is another important aspect of any business where managing every single customer detail isn’t simple. This is why, several industries and organisations are bringing in technologies and platforms to ease business processes, employee experience and customer satisfaction. Today we will discuss two such products and what sets them apart from one another- SalesPanda and Leadsquared.

SalesPanda vs LeadSquared

SalesPanda is a SaaS-based end-to-end sales enablement and acceleration platform comprising four different modules. Our platform is designed in a way to help organisations (enterprises, mid-market, SMBs) empower their partners (they can be agents, distributors, sellers, DSAs, channel partners, Branches, Bancassurance etc.) with effective digital enablement and automation.

Here is a brief introduction to what sets SalesPanda apart from LeadSquared:

A. Digital Asset Management (DAM)- This is a centralised asset repository for easy access to content and resources across teams. Companies can upload different forms of content such as images, videos, documents, PPTs etc. for their teams for further use and information. This is a great way to ensure that there is no duplication, wrong asset, outdated content or non-compliant content dissemination for various teams while also ensuring brand consistency across. Since the inception of digital transformation and as the engagement pacing up, organisations are creating more and more assets, but some of their most commonly faced challenges are:

  • Finding the right content when required
  • Maintaining brand identity and control
  • Missed, unused or recreating the same content
  • Outdated/disapproved assets and version controls
  • Access control for internal and external use

Hence, our DAM module ensures that organisations can store and organise sales and marketing assets; distribute and access with control; search and share with co-branding; and also get relevant analytics on content usage. LeadSquared, on the other hand, does not have a concept of a central asset repository like DAM as it mainly provides its functions and features around CRM and marketing automation, set for marketing, inside sales, field sales, call centre teams and other feet-on-street teams for verification, onboarding etc.

B. Distributed Marketing Automation (DMA)- This module is designed to help partners and sales teams of organisations while also leveraging and growing their distribution reach. It consists of different features where based on organisations and partners/sales teams’ needs it can be integrated accordingly. When we say partners and sales teams, it can include industry-specific channels: agents, distributors, channel partners, DSAs, sellers, brokers, branches and other similar channel-driven sales. The idea is to make these channels digitally enabled so that they can help businesses grow, align with their goals and sell better. So, here SalesPanda provides each partner with a personalised business website, co-branded content, social media marketing, WhatsApp marketing, email marketing, campaign automation, lead generations quizzes, calculators, referral tool and more.

Although LeadSquared has marketing automation for direct sales and marketing teams, it is not channel-driven. The platform offers drip campaigns; landing pages; conversion tracking on the phone, SMS, and web; website tracking, lead segmentation etc., for the inside sales and marketing teams of organisations for better productivity and funnel progression.

C. Sales Automation (CRM & Sales Rhythms)- This module consists of two different modules- CRM and sales rhythms. The CRM provides a funnel view of all the prospects and contacts along with their engagement score, source, inquiries etc. It helps with contacts and lead management customised based on various stages and engagement scores assigned basis their interest and behaviour. There are also Sales Rhythms and cadence with pre-defined tasks for teams to ensure that they plan their actions based on the tasks assigned and set rhythms on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. These tasks also get synced to their calendar to help them get timely reminders and nudges to complete activities.

While, LeadSquared offers CRM that’s very suitable for direct marketing and B2C businesses as it helps accelerate the process of lead tracking, management and integration by providing an end-to-end sales execution platform to enhance their sales efficiency, the platform doesn’t fit organisations that have extended channels playing a crucial role in sales generation.

D. Learning Management System (LMS)- Training and coaching are essential to effective sales pitches for selling. The module ensures that partners and sales teams have learning content to understand better the products, knowledge sharing, and training to pitch effectively. Here, SalesPanda also provides a way to evaluate the learning process via quizzes and eventually provide them with a certificate of course completion. But, LeadSquared does not offer a learning management module as its services and features are majorly around CRM and marketing automation platforms.

Pricing

SalesPanda provides license-based pricing after evaluating your current business needs, which may differ based on the modules or the volumes of licenses. It offers you a lot more diverse features and add-ons with reasonable pricing and can be easily integrated with your existing tools/services. If you want to know more about the pricing of SalesPanda, you can write to marketing@salespanda.com or call +91 9041769041.

LeadSquared pricing also varies and they are on the costlier side based on the features and products similar to them in the market.
